I did NOT fall for Jade's prank. I am a little smarter than that. It was a good effort though. I will give him a C for creative. I am posting this picture to show everyone my new bangs...what do you think?

Office Pranks

There have been a number of office pranks of late in the office. Most of them have had nothing to do with me (who is the usual culprit), but I have been blamed for all of them! The other day somebody removed the wheels from somebodys computer chair. A few days later, somebody else switched all the computer keys around on Scott's keyboard. However, I thought this did not compare to what I did today. You can use the 'print screen' command, which copies whatever is on the screen at any time. I did this for a neighbors desktop background (after hiding the toolbar). I then put the 'print screen' as the background on the computer. I then moved all of the desktop items in one folder that wasn't on the desktop. The result is a wallpaper that looks exactly like the old one, but you can't click on any of the icons because they are just included in the background picture and are not real. I did it to this poor guy who has had a number of IT issues lately, he was getting very frustrated. I just did it my my home computer, we will see how Shannon reacts tomorrow morning (I predict a call to my work first thing in the morning complaining how the computer won't work).

Another nice warm day in Calgary, and a firey sunset to to end it all. Sure is a treat that sunset timenow is around 5:30 PM , rather than somewhere before 5 in December.

Stan's Jan6th news

Well the kidney stone is out and Pat is due to come home today. It was 5 mm in size, almost 1/4 inch, which I think is pretty impressive for a kidney stone. Pat got to stay over night in the hospital because his oxygen level was low. Not Pat's choose to spend the night - he says there is too much snoring going on to get any decent nights sleep. Which reminds of of my room mate at the Rockeyview last year. I had to order ear plugs from the nursing station - good thing my neighbor only stayed a couple of nights.
Chris and her friend Claire went on a shopping run to Homesence. I had to throw Chris a lifeline ( lent her my Mastercard)
